Map coverage and riding information
Loopmigo covers the entire state of Illinois for map exploration and My Community, with Chicago-area CTA bus and train features. Mapped roads, buildings and other 3D detail vary by location; not every place has the same level of detail. The 3D view is an approximation, not street photography or live traffic. Styles are visual choices, not live time or weather. Phones use lighter graphics than larger layouts.
GPS requires permission. Routes, paths and mapped essentials can be incomplete; locations do not prove current availability or that riding is permitted. Check local access and set up while stopped. Camera layers show published or community-mapped locations, not live camera detection. Street preview is simulated and stops at the mapped stretch’s end.

Memberships are for registered adults aged 18 or older. Review your chosen plan and complete its separate checkout before any subscription starts.
Advertising placement and duration
Beacon includes one new public advertising beacon per day; Pro includes two. The day follows America/Chicago time. Daily signs expire no later than midnight Chicago time. Unused allowances do not roll over, and deleting a sign does not restore its allowance. A business or individual advertiser chooses a relevant real-world location within the supported map area. They decide which description, contact or profile link to publish. Buying an advertisement does not publish their live GPS.
Delivery and access
A membership is delivered digitally to the account used at checkout after Stripe confirms an active subscription or eligible trial. There is nothing to ship. If access does not update, refresh Membership & billing or contact support.
Pro trial and renewal
Eligible accounts receive one 30-day Pro trial. A payment method is required at checkout. Pro then renews at $10 USD/month unless canceled before the trial ends. Returning accounts that already used their trial pay $10 USD/month without another trial. Beacon costs $5 USD/month and has no subscription trial. The free 7-day registration preview is separate.
Cancellation
Open Membership & billing, choose Manage billing and cancel before the next renewal. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the current period keeps access until the displayed end date. Cancel an eligible Pro trial before its end to avoid the first charge. Deleting your account stops its subscription and ends paid access immediately as part of deletion. Closing the app alone does not cancel a subscription.
Billing questions and refunds
Contact eccentric_database@yahoo.com about a charge, access problem or refund request. Include your account username and receipt reference; never send your full card number or password. For a first paid membership charge, request a full refund within 7 days of that charge. Later charges are reviewed individually for billing errors or service problems. This policy does not limit any refund rights required by law. Canceling prevents future renewals but does not itself request a refund; contact support for both if needed. A refund of the first charge ends the associated paid access. Refunds are returned to the original payment method after approval; your bank controls when they appear.
