Loopmigo is a working product title, not a cleared trademark. This is an independent test app, neither made nor endorsed by Chicago Transit Authority, Divvy or the City of Chicago.
The entry page, interface styles, city rendering logic and radio workflow are project code. No commercial website template, theme pack or game artwork was included in this public build. The app and scooter icons are drawn in code. Permitted transit service pictograms and Tracker credit icons come from CTA’s developer icon set. This inventory is an engineering review, not a legal opinion about copyright eligibility or exclusive ownership.
The Founding Fathers illustration was generated for Loopmigo with an AI image tool on September 18, 2026. It is a symbolic historical reimagining, not a documentary photograph, archival evidence or endorsement. The privacy and free-expression headlines are original product copy, not quotations attributed to historical figures. No National Archives image was used.
The 3D rendering library is distributed under the MIT license, which allows commercial use subject to its terms. The required author notice and license remain with the library. Read the included MIT license.
Contains data © OpenStreetMap contributors. OpenStreetMap-derived databases and adaptations retain the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. No exclusive ownership of those data is claimed. Copyright and attribution · ODbL terms.
The public app data are available in the supplied source package and the public file inventory. Large JSON files are gzip-compressed; source links and snapshot dates are kept in the catalogs. The app's original program code is separate from the licensed geospatial data.
CTA Bus Tracker and CTA Train Tracker data provided by Chicago Transit Authority. Published stops, routes, schedules and alerts remain subject to CTA's Developer License Agreement and branding requirements. The circular CTA agency logo and official map images are excluded. Permitted bus and L service pictograms are used with transit information. CTA Bus Tracker and CTA Train Tracker logo icons accompany their respective API reports as credits; these logo icons are trademarks of the Chicago Transit Authority. Their supplied artwork is unchanged. See the icon source record. The route diagrams are generated from published coordinates and stop order.
CTA retains rights to CTA data. The agreement has non-transfer provisions and a specific acquisition/merger provision; a sale needs review of that exact agreement. The downloadable app contains no API keys, account credentials or transferred API entitlement.
Contains building data from Overture Maps Foundation, including OpenStreetMap contributors, under ODbL 1.0. The retained release is 2026-08-19.0. Selected Chicago building heights use records attributed to USGS Lidar in that release, matched to existing building IDs and footprints. These are source-backed estimates, not a current field survey. The release date is not the LiDAR acquisition date. Each enriched feature retains its source identifier, match score and previous height; unchanged source gaps remain estimates.
City of Chicago and Cook County geospatial sources, park and trail information, and public place directories are identified in the map catalogs. Source notices, links and snapshot dates are retained with their datasets. Pace-derived routes and stops and Lime live availability are excluded from this release pending permission.
Census Geocoder supplies approximate address coordinates. Divvy station availability is provided under its Data License Agreement. Live scooter availability and suburban bus schedules are not supplied by this release. Operator links open separate services; they do not imply affiliation.
The package contains app source, licensed dependencies and public map datasets. Device-created contacts and trip data are not included. Future buyers must arrange their own hosting and service access, preserve applicable notices, and review redistribution, privacy and trademark obligations. This is a test build, not a representation that the product is legally cleared for sale.
